In light of the continued threat of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our team has taken a number of precautions to maintain a healthy environment for all. We are consulting health experts and monitoring expert recommendations, including guidance from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center, and local health officials. We're learning from and abiding by the recommendations of the experts. 

We are practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our dealership. We have increased the frequency of cleanings to include the disinfecting of common surfaces like phones, door handles, touchscreens, keyboards, snack/beverage areas, and restroom facilities throughout the day in addition to having the dealership deep-cleaned during closed hours. We are also installing a number of additional hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas. We have provided training for our employees on proactive steps that they can take to protect themselves and our loyal clients. Our service valets and technicians will use gloves on client vehicles, and our sales staff will give "virtual handshakes or elbow bumps" instead of handshakes for the time being.  In addition, we are also taking steps to ensure that the vehicles you drive are safe. We are implementing an additional and deep sanitizing process on our entire service loaner fleet. This will be carried out for every customer, every time. Your safety and that of your family and friends is a top concern. We're all in this together. And we will get through it together. 

Meanwhile, we will continue to focus on keeping our associates healthy - and our dealerships and services centers opened and staffed - to serve and support all of our customers.
